Neuroplasticity Is Learning

Neuroplasticity is learning. For kids we take the learning process for granted. The day to day dribble falls upon the teachers. When there is a problem it falls upon the special education teachers.  But when a person is older, he ages out of the school system. Sure there's college, but everyone is not cut out for college. It falls upon the family. Maybe there are therapists. Problem with that:  there aren't many therapists. They are spread too thin.

So this is something you have to deal with the rest of your life. You have to because it wasn't finished.

I don't think it has to be this way.
